Partner Portal
Overview
The partner portal at portal.affihub.com is where affiliates track their referral performance, manage links, and request payouts.
Logging in
Partners authenticate with email OTP:
- Go to portal.affihub.com
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code
- Enter the code to access your dashboard
Sessions last 30 days. You can log out at any time.
Dashboard
The dashboard shows your performance at a glance:

| Clicks | Total times your referral links were clicked |
| Referrals | Successful purchases from your referrals |
| Conversion Rate | Percentage of clicks that became purchases |
| Pending | Commissions waiting for provider approval |
| Approved | Commissions approved and ready for payout |
| Paid | Total amount you've been paid |
| Balance | Approved commissions not yet paid out |
Referral links
Create and manage your referral links:
Default link
Every partner has a default referral link based on their slug:
https://provider-site.com?ref=your-slugCustom links
Create links pointing to specific pages:
https://provider-site.com/pricing?ref=your-slughttps://provider-site.com/features?ref=your-slug
Click Create Link to add a new custom link. You can delete links you no longer need.
Sharing tips
- Share links on your blog, social media, email newsletter, or YouTube description
- The
?ref=parameter works on any page of the provider's site where the tracking script is installed - Attribution lasts 90 days from the last click
Commissions
View your commission history:

| Transaction | The total purchase amount |
| Rate | Commission percentage applied |
| Status | Current status of the commission |
Commission statuses
- Pending — Waiting for the provider to review
- Approved — Approved and will be included in your next payout
- Rejected — Denied by the provider
- Processing — Included in a payout being prepared
- Paid — Payment completed
Filter by status or date range to find specific commissions.
Payouts
View your payout history and request new payouts:
Payout history
Each payout shows the amount, date, status, and payment reference.
Requesting a payout
If your approved commission balance meets the program's minimum threshold:
- Go to the Payouts page
- Click Request Payout
- The provider will review and process your request
Payout methods
Configure your preferred payment method in Settings:
- Stripe Connect — Direct bank deposit (recommended)
- PayPal — Transfer to your PayPal email
- Bank Transfer — Wire transfer
- Crypto — Cryptocurrency payment
Settings
Manage your account details:
- Name — Your display name
- Email — Your contact email
- Payout method — How you'd like to be paid
- Payout email — Email for PayPal payments
Stripe Connect
For direct bank deposits:
- Go to Settings
- Click Connect Stripe
- Complete Stripe's onboarding process (identity verification + bank account)
- Once connected, payouts can be sent directly to your bank
You can check your Stripe Connect status at any time in Settings.
Mobile access
The portal is fully responsive. All features — dashboard, links, commissions, payouts, and settings — work on mobile devices.
